3d printing allows for rapid iteration so you can test out may different designs early and refine your models.
We can produce Prototype workable parts with the strengths equal to aluminum.

Tolerances are dependant upon the material we are using. Materials that we use include:
- Onyx - Nylon with chopped carbon fibers

Some parts may require Continuous Fiber Fabrication (CFF). Ths is Inlaid continuous carbon fiber material within a printed plastic matrix form to form a composite parte in whch the properties o the fiber provide high stiffness, toughness, strength and heat deflection. During our consultation we will advise if this is recommended.
